1. Book Your Service

Send a message to @mulihstudio through Instagram (fast response) to consult about the garment that needs repairing.

2. Price Quotation

Mulih team will quote the price based on:

  1. how difficult the repair is.
  2. the fabric.

3. Drop Off and Pick Up

Once confirmed, you have 3 options on how you want to deliver your garments to us:


1. Drop off to Sejauh Mata Memandang Office

Address: Jalan Kemang Utara IV No. 48, Bangka, Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta, 12730.


2. Drop off to Sejauh Mata Memandang’s Pop-Up Store in Plaza Indonesia, Level Basement.

3. Mulih team can arrange a delivery courier to pick-up from your doorstep (delivery fee will be paid by customers).

4. MULIH Start Working

Mulih team will notify you once we receive the package and start working on them (up to 10 working days).

5. Payment & Delivery

Mulih team will notify you once your garments have been repaired. Upon payment, we will arrange for a delivery courier to send back to your doorstep.

Yes, it is currently ongoing with no set end date. If the program is halted, further notification will be provided.

Simply reach out via Direct Message on Instagram @mulihstudio. Mulih team will promptly respond during operating hours to discuss your repair needs. After evaluating the service cost based on garment material and damage level, Mulih will arrange for pick-up from your address. Once the repair is completed and payment is made, your garments will be returned to your address.

3. What is the pricing range for Mulih's services?

Mulih offers two pricing tiers: Standard and Premium. Prices vary based on the garment material. The finer or more delicate the material, the more complex the repair process and cost. Standard prices start at Rp30,000, while Premium prices start at Rp175,000.

4. Is confirmation necessary before shipping?

Yes, confirmation is required before shipping. Please consult and confirm via Direct Message on Instagram @mulihstudio. Orders cannot be processed without prior confirmation.

5. Are there specific hours and days for acceptance?

Specific hours and days for acceptance can be confirmed directly with the Mulih team during consultation.

6. Can items be dropped off at the specified address directly?

Items cannot be dropped off at the specified address directly without prior consultation through Direct Message on Instagram @mulihstudio.

7. Is there a designated contact person who receives the items?

If dropping off garments after prior consultation via Direct Message on Instagram @mulihstudio, the designated contact person and order number will be confirmed during consultation. Alternatively, you can specify that the garments are for Sejauh Mata Memandang x Mulih order.

8. What types of garment materials can be accepted for repair?

Mulih accepts a wide variety of fabrics and types of damage for repair. However, it is recommended to consult first through Direct Message on Instagram @mulih.studio regardless of the garment material owned.

9. How long will it take?

Processing time can vary depending on the extent of the garment's damage, taking up to 10 working days. However, we strive to complete it as soon as possible. Estimated processing time will be provided during consultation via Direct Message on Instagram @mulihstudio.
